Show and tell gratitude to those who are a part of your support community.
Show by doing what they assisted you with in action. Well known phrase "actions speak louder then words."
Tell your support person you appreciate them for that which you have gained from them. One likes to be acknowledged for their consideracy in good deeds.
Your support community not only supports you but teaches you new experiences and wisdom and the best way to thank someone is to carry forward what you had learned in to the future. You may not always agree with what you had been taught which is fine, revise it a bit so that it fits your style or ways of succeeding. Another well known phrase "Give credit where credit is due"
