Righteous Journey
Those who suffer according to Gods will should commit themselves to their faithful creator and continue to do good- 1 Peter 4:19
+suffering according to Gods will means we make sacrifices, take risks, experience challenges that are bestowed in our life to teach us something "everything happens for a reason" for instance if we go against the Lords will, disobey him, go down the thorny path he will give us signs that are painful not to punish us but to open our eyes n mind to correct our detour in our journey and redirect us to hang a left then a straight to get back on our righteous journey. There is a worship song that is a favorite of mine that proclaims "open the eyes of my heart Lord open they eyes of my heart I want to see you..." to me that says I am lost you are the way guide me back to you.
Prestigious profound verses
Death is the destiny of every man, the living should take this to heart- eccles. 7:2
Each of you should use what ever gift you have recieved to serve others 1 Peter 4:10
Do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on to you to test you as though something strange were happening to you- 1 Peter 4:12
A few to study and ask yourself what these mean to you...

desires that battle with in you
James 4:1-3
what causess fights and quarrels among you? don't they come from your desires that battle with in you?
2 you desire but do not have so you kill. you covet but you can not get what you want so you quarrel and fight. you do not have because you do not ask God
3 when you ask you do not recieve because you ask with wrong motives that you may spend what you get on your pleasures
If you envy that which another has compliment them then seek your own out. Ask them where they got it how they got it... research it test it out to see if it really fits you then pursue that want or need. as it is said anger leads to trouble as does envy leading to trouble. You feel resentment towards the other who has what you want for the exact reason James 4:1 describes. Reflect what is the battle I am fighting with in? Why am I envious of this person? Why don't I have my own? (random rant response)

Anger leads to trouble
Don't get angry, don't be upset, it only leads to trouble- psalms 37:8
Anger it's easy to define: the noise of the soul, anger. the unseen irritant of the heart, anger. the relentless invader of silence... the louder it gets the more desperate we become...
...clear idea how miserable your future will be unless you deal with your anger...
yesteday you can't alter but your reaction to yesterday you can. the past you can not change but your response to your past you can. (When God Whispers Your Name- Max Lucado)
I personally battle with anger and from my personal experience is that which assists me in translating parts of the message. "the unseen irritant of the heart" that which we don't understand for me leads to anger. "the relentless invader of silence" is that subconcious bully with in that when you are in a situation that is challenging and could esculate to anger taunts you and antagonizes you attempting to discourage you, lower your self worth and make you feel like a failure. The rest speaks of handling your challenges/anger in the now to create a worthy existence future.

JCR
"it is not I to seek revenge" ( Jesus Christ Reigns- LS)
Forgive that which has done you wrong and makes you feel justified holding a grudge against. Raise your angst up to the Lord and he will take care of the nemesis' ways from there and the demon grasping your soul will be released and you will feel a calmness with in.
Chapter 16 "A Morning of Sorrows" from the book "The Shack" by W.M. Paul Young illustrates a vivid discription of the Godly way to find peace with in from a tragic experience.
Our spirits have been structured to be at ease and we have the free will to mend our brokeness for we all will cross the path of injustice not to punish but to make us stronger. The Lord does not allow it purposefuly to happen we choose our own journey and we either follow the righteous path or out of intrigue and curiousity go through the thorny dark haunting path.
Every person has taken the wrong turn and we need help... The wrong solutions are pride and pleasure- Romans 1 & 2
The correct solution is Jesus Christ-Romans 3:21-26
Psalms 37:7-10
7 be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him do not fret when people succeed in their ways when the crry ou their wicked schemes
8 refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret it leads only to evil
9 for those who are evil will be destroyed but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the Land
10 a little while and the wicked will be no more though you look for them they will not be found
Psalms 37:12
the wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them but the Lord laughs at the wicked for he knows their day is coming

Callings Passions Happiness
To have an understanding of that which you feel passionate about but have little wisdom of eliminates tension, and to have a strategy to conquer the conquest allows it all to be simplistic - Preston Buttons
Hone your skills in that which you are passionate towards. God blessed all of us with a special gift to use it so that we may find happiness and make a positive change in the mortal life. Research and put into action the powers that which you have been endowed with. Those of you who feel you are unblessed or haven't figured it out yet search your inner self for your fire. Its there! Life can seem dull and one might feel useless that is only because you've not started your own wild fire... You are nothing only if you present yourself in that form. I know people who feel empty inside, and see the potential they have and the best I can do and any one can do is encourage them (plant a seed) illuminate the ember that glimmers in their soul.
"heaven let your light shine down" -collective soul
"this little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine" -unknown
in reference to Collective Soul I pray that heaven shines a light on each and every one of you and in response you all will say "this little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine...

Bible/Devotional study on Gods Will
God forgets the past. Imitate him.
Don't ask God to do what you want, ask God to do whats right (what's in his will)
-(Grace for the Moment: Devotional written by Max Lucado)
Whenever you are arrested or brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given to you at the time, for it is not you speaking but the holy spirit- Mark 13:11
Give all your worries to him, because he cares about you- 1 Peter 5:7
+In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy path - proverbs 3:6
Worry makes you forget who's in charge and when the focus is on yourself you worry... with time your agenda becomes more important than God's, you're more concerned with presenting self than pleasing him... You may even find yourelf doubting Gods' judgement...
God has gifted you with talents. He has done the same for your neighbors (others). If you concern yourself with your neighbors talents you will neglect yours... If you concern yoursef with yours you could inspire both. (He still moves Stones: Book by Max Lucado)
+= I contributed that bible verse which relates intertwines with the rest of the devotional bible study
Whats in his will is in parentesis and Italicized because to me thats what translates what they are saying there.
I have written a journal blog on the concept that God has blessed us all with gifts and talents, that we need to seek them out hone and we shall be more content in life... I shall track that one down and resubmit it so that you all may read it and observe and absorb to further your study on this one.

Why stress may be good for you-Newsweek
"Who says stress is bad for you?
It can be, but it can be good for you, too- a fact scientists tend to ignore and regular folks don't appreciate." -(Mary Carmichael Newsweek issue 2/23/09)

Recovery Support Groups (How its affective)
There is a contrast in how one either recovers successfully or relapses during emotional tense situations and or after someone has been released from some sort of rehab. The key to a successful recovery first of all is that the recoverer must recognize they need to continue at working at staying healthy, want to stay healthy, want to do the work to be healthy and remain healthy. The 2nd key element is having a support group that will hold you accountable, encourage you, motivate you, and acts as a confidant/close friend/family member, a community, and sponsor.
After getting out of the system: (jail, prison, rehab, therapy) to have a support group is keeping the healthy structure continuing. As a Residential Youth Counselor I had learned that the juvenile who has a caring and supportive family they are more likely to have succeed in carrying on the tools for coping with anger, depression and any other attitude or behavior disorder as oppossed to one who doesn't have support waiting for them at all to others who do but they are not of the supportive kind.
During grievance be of support so that the process doesn't over consume the mourner. Comfort them, let them express their emotions and feelings, and let them know that you are there for them.
Someone who gets in trouble with the law, or has an attitude/behavior issue is acting out. Anger and rebeling is a secondary reaction to most likely something that happened to the person in the past, the environment they're in, or the people they affiliate themselves with. To get to the core of the reaction the emotionally wrecked with your assistance needs to come to terms with what the primary cause of the reaction is festering deep with in. (Abandonment, abuse, neglect...)
Support strengthens the mindset, and confidents for the person working through trial and aleviates stress anger and depression.
To calm self: meditate, focus on JCR and creed montra.
To create a visual montra choose X amount of Chinese Characters/symbols that represent positive words, draw them out frame it and hang on wall.
JCR= Jesus Christ Reigns
It is not I to Judge
It is not I to be in Control
It is not I to seek Revenge
Create/ keep a visual journal. Express emotions, ideas, experiences and also visual goals and aspirations by: drawing painting cutting out pictures and sticking them in a journal and write a description if it feels right.
Journal, venting, reflecting, (learning from trials) disecting, observing, analyzing, process and figure out alternatives to negatives (how can I respond to similiar or exact situation.)
Support and accountability is not just for intense trials but fo relationships/ friendships, family and marriage. If a marriage/ relationship is falling apart you are there to support them and hold them accountable to restrenghten their hope courage and confidents. It prevents the spiraling to avoid making there issue worse...

The Shack (Review)
The Shack- WM Paul Young
Is a keen clever script describing exactly what it is to be of faith and what it's like being and having a close bond relationship with the trinity. Indefinite recommendation to those who are new comers to faith, are reborn and have inquiries that relate to our purpose in mortal life and the importance of relying on/ including the Lord in our journey.

Alternative Remedy: Dodge the Red Zone
When completing a difficult task or what becomes a difficult task have an alternative remedy to dodge the red zone (esculating to a negative outcome episode) Walk away or ask for help. You are feeding the demon with in/ your inner personal bully if you don't neutralize the taunting, judgement ridicule, criticism... Your inner demon/ bully is going to try and put you down lower your self-worth when you are in the midst of a weak vulnerable moment challenge test... If you know you can (re)solve the challenge but can't do it in the then and you begin to hear the taunting walk away come back a little later if you still can't remedy it after trying everything you can think of humble yourself and ask for assistance. Recognize your personal cues that you're about to lose your temper get agitated frustsrated be it you start clenching your jaw/grind your teeth, mind becomes distracted with negative thoughts... step away return later while mind is refreshed, calm, and clear.
