Rational Engagement

Ones attitude going up against a challenge thy intuition triggers warning of anger/negative energy shold be neutralized and shall go forth from there on with a clear mind set even if hte person or situation had left a scar in the then preparing for a ratonal engagement rather then a confrintation can lesson or preven an ugly outcome. Those who are in control in an engagement have the conrol of the turn out
In control= a rational outcome
Out of control= prolonged unproductive negative impact ( could be salvaged later on) out come.
Compromise your differences with the person you may have conflict with. YOu may have polar opposite views, thought process that does not mean you can not get along, come to agreement or be(come) allies.
Set boundaries with the nemesis let them know what bothers you about them to plant a seed for change and compromise so that all encounters are not intense. Then ask them what it is that may bother them about you all so that conversations and interactions are more at ease.
