Innovative concocting

I thoroughly enjoy concocting with a variety of nutritious delights cook book and recipes excluded- pastas + sandwiches + ice cream + pizza + cereal being among my favorites-
I myself am sensitive to peanuts- I make my own nut butter with 2 simplistic elements- pecans +/or hazel nuts are my ult favorites and self made apple sauce-
Phase |I|
slice an apple into wedges-
toss into mortar (favorite contraption in the kitchen)
-get a minuet work out- mashing with the pestle-
Scoop out apple sauce put in bowl
Remnants of apple juice gives the nuts it's mushiness-
Phase |II| Throw your choice nut into mortar
Crush nuts
Spread on _____________
Promoter of making my own nurishments for you have the control of portion amount created and no synthetic ingredients necessary because you can eat the portion in one sitting or within a safe short amount of time

Simply made |III| ingredient munchy -Tortilla chips
Slice up flour tortilla(s)
Pour X amount of extra virgin olive oil on panini grill or in skillet if preferred and place tortilla slices with in
Bake till crunchiness to your liking
Sprinkle on your choice herbs + spices + cheeses ( add to oil before adding tortilla triangles- works just as good)
Devour
