Anger leads to trouble

Don't get angry, don't be upset, it only leads to trouble- psalms 37:8

Anger it's easy to define: the noise of the soul, anger. the unseen irritant of the heart, anger. the relentless invader of silence... the louder it gets the more desperate we become...
...clear idea how miserable your future will be unless you deal with your anger...
yesteday you can't alter but your reaction to yesterday you can. the past you can not change but your response to your past you can. (When God Whispers Your Name- Max Lucado)

I personally battle with anger and from my personal experience is that which assists me in translating parts of the message. "the unseen irritant of the heart" that which we don't understand for me leads to anger. "the relentless invader of silence" is that subconcious bully with in that when you are in a situation that is challenging and could esculate to anger taunts you and antagonizes you attempting to discourage you, lower your self worth and make you feel like a failure. The rest speaks of handling your challenges/anger in the now to create a worthy existence future.
