"it is not I to seek revenge" ( Jesus Christ Reigns- LS)
Forgive that which has done you wrong and makes you feel justified holding a grudge against. Raise your angst up to the Lord and he will take care of the nemesis' ways from there and the demon grasping your soul will be released and you will feel a calmness with in.
Chapter 16 "A Morning of Sorrows" from the book "The Shack" by W.M. Paul Young illustrates a vivid discription of the Godly way to find peace with in from a tragic experience.
Our spirits have been structured to be at ease and we have the free will to mend our brokeness for we all will cross the path of injustice not to punish but to make us stronger. The Lord does not allow it purposefuly to happen we choose our own journey and we either follow the righteous path or out of intrigue and curiousity go through the thorny dark haunting path.
Every person has taken the wrong turn and we need help... The wrong solutions are pride and pleasure- Romans 1 & 2
The correct solution is Jesus Christ-Romans 3:21-26
Psalms 37:7-10

10 a little while and the wicked will be no more though you look for them they will not be found
Psalms 37:12
the wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them but the Lord laughs at the wicked for he knows their day is coming
